Booking Process

Q: How do I inquire about services for my wedding date?
A: Simply fill out the inquiry form on our Contact Page . Please include your wedding date, venue/location, and the number of people needing services so we can check availability.

Q: When should I book my bridal services?
A: We recommend securing your date as soon as you know your wedding details—especially during peak wedding season (spring and fall). Dates can fill up quickly, so earlier is always better.

Q: What is the next step after I inquire?
A: Once I confirm availability, I’ll send a customized proposal and service agreement. You’ll have a set time frame to review, sign, and submit your deposit to secure your date.

Booking Policy

Q: Is a deposit required to reserve my wedding date?
A: Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer (deposit) is required along with a signed contract to officially secure your date. The amount of the retainer will be outlined in your proposal and is based off total services booked.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo. Full details on payment methods and due dates are specified in the contract.

Q: Can I reduce or change the number of services after booking?
A: At this time, only additional services can be added to your booking pending availability. If downgrading your package, the final amount of the invoice is still due.

Do you have a minimum booking policy?
No minimums are required to book.

Trial/Preview FAQ

Q: Do I really need a trial?
A: We highly recommend a trial (often called a preview) so we can perfect your desired look ahead of the wedding day. It’s a chance to test different styles, ensure comfort, and make any adjustments necessary.

Q: When should I schedule my trial?
A: Most brides schedule their trial about 2–3 months before the wedding, once you’ve decided on your dress style and any accessories (veil, hairpiece, etc.).

Q: What should I bring to my trial?
A: Bring inspiration photos, your veil or hair accessories, and wear a top with a similar neckline to your dress if possible. Sharing photos of your venue and overall wedding style is also helpful.

Is my trial included?
Yes, trials are included in all of our bridal beauty packages.

Wedding Day Timeline

Q: How do you determine the wedding day beauty schedule?
A: We’ll create a customized timeline based on the number of services needed, your ceremony start time, and any other factors unique to your day. This ensures everyone looks picture-perfect without feeling rushed.

Q: Can we get ready at your studio?
A: Absolutely! Since I’m the only business in my studio, you and your bridal party can comfortably get ready at my space, which is conveniently located 10 minutes from St. Pete.

Q: Can you stay for touch-ups?
A: Absolutely! We offer an optional touch-up service or on-site hourly coverage to keep you looking flawless throughout the day. Let us know if you’re interested in this when booking.

Q: Can you come to my venue, hotel, home?
A: We travel to your desired location (hotel, bridal suite, home) for on-site services. If needed, we can also discuss studio options.

Q: What do I need to provide for set-up?
A: Please ensure we have a well-lit area with access to power outlets and a table for our tools. A chair (preferably bar-height or with adjustable height) is helpful, but not mandatory—let us know your setup in advance so we can prepare.

Hair

Q: Do I need to arrive with clean, dry hair on the wedding day?
A: Typically, slightly “day-old” hair is best for hold and style, but we’ll confirm during your trial. If hair washing is needed that same morning, please be sure it’s fully dry before your appointment time. I do not over blow-dry or hair washing services.

Q: What about hair extensions or accessories?
A: I can definitely incorporate clip-in extensions and accessories. Just let us know in advance so we can schedule enough time and ensure we have the right tools and products on hand.

Q: Can you do different hairstyles for each member of my bridal party?
A: Of course! Each bridal party member can choose the style they love—be it updo, half-up, or loose waves. We just need a heads-up on the total styles required so we can plan accordingly.
